Culture

We take our responsibilities to our employees seriously. Employee engagement is achieved with ongoing communication and collaboration, company updates, management meetings, and an employee forum. The latter allows representatives to share their opinions and ideas on everything from policy development to health and wellbeing. In short, all employees are able to contribute to shaping both the future of the company and the culture.

Learning & Development

We continually invest in and encourage continuous professional development to help all employees reach their full potential. To that end, we actively provide learning opportunities, training, and resources, including professional qualifications, academic learning, practical skills-based learning, and bite-sized online learning (covering a range of topics from bullying and harassment to leadership and managing virtual teams). We also support formal and informal coaching and mentoring.

Health & Wellbeing

The leadership team is committed to ensuring the health and wellbeing of our team. We do this by focusing on five key pillars: physical health, mental health, financial health, social health, and lifestyle. The Health and Wellbeing Lead, along with our Wellbeing Champions, will continue to support and monitor employee health and remain committed to raising awareness on the importance of balancing these key areas.

We are also the proud recipients of a Gold Award in Mind’s WorkPlace Wellbeing Index 2022/23 – a benchmark of best policy and practice in workplace wellbeing designed to celebrate the good work that employers are doing to promote positive mental health.

Equality and Diversity

We are committed to equality of opportunity and to following practices that are free from unfair and unlawful discrimination.

Our aim is to ensure that no employee, job applicant, client, customer, or volunteer receives less favorable treatment on the grounds of age, disability, gender reassignment, marriage and civil partnership, pregnancy or maternity, race, religion or belief, sex or sexual orientation, or is disadvantaged by conditions or requirements that cannot be shown to be relevant to performance. We want to ensure that no person is victimized or subjected to any form of bullying or harassment.

We value people as individuals with diverse opinions, cultures, lifestyles, and circumstances, and we provide a supportive and collaborative culture that celebrates individual differences.
