UK Interim Lead and direction from VP, Marketing
Location - Hybrid role. Mix of home working and office (Knutsford, UK)

The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and monitoring of all marketing campaigns and initiatives for Texere and its brands, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Plan marketing activity and fulfill all marketing campaigns to deadlines and within
budget. - Manage marketing budgets for all brands, ensuring forecasts are regularly updated,
correctly allocated and not overspent, planning for contingencies - Work with Head of Digital to create and implement targeted audience marketing
campaigns (across print and digital platforms) in accordance with budget targets
and agreed objectives - Partner with the business development team to develop marketing of products and
client campaigns to generate audience engagement and lead generation through
online and offline methods (print and online advertising, website, email marketing,
and direct mail campaigns) - Develop and maintain all relevant collateral and brand communication programs to
support marketing campaigns and produce compelling and creative copy - Assess, monitor, and improve marketing efficiency by conducting regular analysis
of marketing objectives though test and learn - Report on campaign results, analyze and evaluate success and make
recommendations for effective improvement - Manage the marketing of new and existing products and services, including
webinars, reader surveys, strategy and approach by brand, webinars, along with
bespoke events, etc - Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure marketing
activity is fully aligned with business needs - Effectively manage, motivate, train, and appraise team members; delegating
projects as appropriate and ensuring on time and on budget delivery - Oversee the external events program for Texere brands and associated
marketing activity
Qualifications, Knowledge:
- Educated to degree or equivalent
- 3-5+ years of digital marketing experience
Abilities & Experience:
- Copywriting experience is essential
- Search engine and conversion rate optimisation
- People management experience (min 2 years) with strong management skills and the ability to hold people to account
- Strong organization and administration skills
- Effective interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Adept at creating practical solutions to daily business challenges
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multi-task in a high-volume, fast paced environment – self starter and comfortable working independently and across teams
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
- Desirable but not essential to have experience of publishing
- Experience with digital marketing channels, solutions, and services, including but not limited to social media, web analytics, web optimisation and/or content management solutions
- Thorough understanding of email marketing – A/B testing, segmentation, reporting metrics, and personalisation
- Ability to cope under pressure in a professional and calm manner
- Ability and willingness to travel internationally (up to 10%) - Europe and North America as required
