Hybrid role. Mix of home working and office (Knutsford, UK)

The client delivery coordinator is a client’s main after-sales point of contact with the company. The primary responsibility is to ensure a seamless process from the point of sale to deployment.
Duties and Responsibilities
Client Delivery
- Provide ongoing support to the internal teams and clients to ensure the effective processing and delivery of all digital products and services
- Processing all IO’s ensuring these are logged and tracked efficiently with attention to detail and without delay or slippage.
- Chasing client materials in advance of the deadline
- Ensuring that finished products are ready on time for client approval
- Liaising with the sales team to ensure consistency in client communications
- Keeping an open dialogue with clients during the approval process
Collaboration
- Distribution of materials to the relevant internal departments
- Checking that final products are deployed correctly and on time
- Day to day client communication
- Rescheduling deployments in the production calendar as required
- Dealing with incoming queries quickly and effectively
Accountability
- Responsible for the timely execution of products/ services
Qualifications, Knowledge, Abilities & Experience
- Educated to a good standard with minimum of GCSE Maths and English
- PC Literacy with a good knowledge of Excel and Word.
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Be prepared to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders with a confident and assertive approach.
- The ability to manage your own deadlines
