Reports to Salesforce and Audience Systems Manager
Office Based - Knutsford, UK
The primary role of the Audience Campaign Specialist is to provide audience intelligence to customers and to Sales. Evaluate audience engagement, ROI for customer placements and list progression. The role will be responsible for ensuring all emails perform to the highest standard. Revising sending times, types of delivery and how to improve overall received rates along with highlighting potential areas of risk will be key elements of the role.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Continuous monitoring & breakdown of figures, to understand where list growth and degradation is coming from and mitigating any negative effects.
- Help to manage the testing and deployment process for email campaigns
- Creating audience segmentation and selections to use for campaigns.
- Producing bespoke KPI reports for the sales team based on their client’s campaign activities.
- Collaborating with the sales support team on a daily and weekly basis.
- Capturing data from our websites to share with our clients.
- Maintaining and growing the master reporting database.
- Using data visualization techniques and tools to build reporting dashboards
- Conducting and reporting analysis on our email campaigns with a view of growing our engagement rates.
- Analyse and build reports based on web traffic and ad impressions
Required Qualifications Knowledge Abilities & Experience:
- Educated to degree level or equivalent is desirable but not essential
- Must have GCSE English and Maths to a good standard
- Experience of data analysis is essential
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good working knowledge of the following.
- Email Service Provider
- Microsoft Excel
- Google Analytics (desirable)
- Google Ad Manager (desirable)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment is essential
- The ability to translate raw data into functional metrics that are clear and concise.
