Office Based - Knutsford, UK
This role is a fundamental role within the company, providing clients with an appropriate channel to promote new products, reach new markets, grow their client base and branding. You will plan and execute all webinars and virtual events. Working with key stakeholders across the business including sales and our editorial team to engage with attendees and ensure the successful execution of webinars and virtual events.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Plan, organise and execute webinars and virtual events in line with client needs.
- Liaise with clients, third parties and internal stakeholders ensuring that webinars or other revenue generating projects are delivered on time and to the standards set out by the client.
- Managing/ supporting internal teams to make sure key activities and milestones are met - updating clients throughout the process.
- Monitoring project impacts and providing reports to clients.
- Ensuring all records/ data is maintained and updated for webinars.
- Plan, organise, and execute workloads in line with specific deadlines.
- Organise and support the delivery of any revenue generating projects, ensuring that the delivery of these is a seamless process.
- Understanding of all projects to ensure that you are familiar with each project and at all stages in the process.
- Plan effectively and ensure that workloads are managed, and projects meet with standards of excellence.
- Preparation of reports and evidenced based information that demonstrates that projects are being delivered within specific lead times and facilitated effectively.
Required Qualifications Knowledge Abilities & Experience:
- Degree or equivalent In Digital Media, Digital Events or similar
- 1+ years in a role managing events of projects would be beneficial
- Ability to manage projects and facilitate.
- Must be an effective communicator including verbal, written, and presenting skills.
- Must be confident, organised, self-motivated, accurate and possess the ability to work efficiently.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to be flexible.
- Good working knowledge of Salesforce, MS office, G Suite, Basecamp, Trello.
- Familiar with webinar platforms (desirable); Zoom, Workcast, Streamgo, Twenty-three, On24.
- Ability to understand and learn new technology, bespoke systems and software effectively.
